We had an emergency with our hot water heater...it broke, and was leaking water all over our utility room where our heater is housed. We called TLC, and they immediatley helped us to diagnose the problem. They were out on site that same day, and replaced our hot water heater before any additional damage could be done. Before replacing the unit, they carefully described all our options and let us choose our best course of action. They treated us as educated consumers, and allowed us to understand the pluses and minuses of each potential course of action. In addition, they gave us feedback on our other mechanical systems, letting us know that they saw some other potential future issues and giving us advise on when/how to address them. I highly recommend TLC to anyone needing mechanical work!
